ABOUT ME
I completed my PhD at Cyprus University and Technology in the interdisciplinary fields of HCI, Educatonal Technology and NeuroEducation. I hold a PGCE in Technology Enhanced Learning from the University of Wales, an MEd in Educational Leadership and School Improvement, with emphasis on Metacognition and Learning styles, from the University of Manchester (2009) and a BA degree in Education from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2008).
I worked as an Educational Technology Instructor in Higher Education and in the Primary education sector. Since 2010 I hold the position of a Teaching Assistant and Research Fellow at Cyprus University of Technology.
My research interests include social networks, e-learning, visual creativity, cognitive abilities, educational neuroscience and human-computer interaction. My ambition is to assist instructional designers, developers and instructors to develop personalized learning environments that will reflect individual needs and cognitive abilities.
